The Viltrox 15mm f1.7 Air APS-C AF Lens is an ultra-compact, lightweight (≈180 g) wide-angle prime for APS‑C mirrorless systems (Fujifilm X, Sony E, Nikon Z), delivering a 22.5 mm full-frame equivalent field of view and bright f/1.7 aperture ideal for street, landscapes, and indoor shooting. Its optical design comprises 12 elements in 10 groups—including three ED, three HR, and two aspherical elements with advanced coatings—for high sharpness, low distortion, and minimal chromatic aberration even in challenging light conditions. It supports STM autofocus with eye/face tracking and minimal focus breathing, making it suitable for video. Minimum focus distance is 23 cm (1:10 magnification) and it has a 58 mm filter thread plus USB‑C firmware updates.
