The teleconverter maintains full autofocus, metering, and Vibration Reduction (VR) functionality, along with weather-sealing, making it suitable for various shooting conditions. With a compact and lightweight build—measuring approximately 72 mm in diameter and 32.5 mm in length, and weighing about 270 g—it adds minimal bulk to your gear. However, using the TC-2.0x reduces the maximum aperture by two stops, which may affect low-light performance.
