With a constant f/2.8 aperture throughout its 16–50 mm range (~24–75 mm equivalent), it offers strong low-light performance and attractive background separation. The lens features built-in Vibration Reduction (VR) with up to 5 stops of compensation, enabling sharper handheld photos and smoother video. Optical design includes one ED and two aspherical elements to reduce aberrations and boost clarity. At just ~330 g and ~88 mm long, it’s compact and travel-friendly.
