The 7Artisans 9mm f5.6 Lens is an ultra-wide-angle full-frame manual-focus prime built for mounts including Sony E, Nikon Z, Canon RF and L-Mount. It delivers a massive 132° field-of-view while maintaining a rectilinear (non-fisheye) appearance. With a maximum aperture of f/5.6 and a close focusing distance of just 0.2 m (≈7.9″), it’s ideal for expansive landscapes, architecture or creative interiors. The optical design features 16 elements in 11 groups—including aspherical, ED and high-refraction elements—to control aberrations and maintain clarity even at the edges. The lens also includes a 5-blade aperture for distinctive sun-stars and a de-clicked/clicked aperture ring (depending version) for smoother video use. With a metal body weighing ~463 g, it balances portability with optical ambition.
