With its fast T2.1 maximum aperture and 85 mm focal length, this lens enables excellent low-light performance and creative subject isolation. Its optical design of 14 elements in 8 groups, paired with an 11-blade iris, ensures rich bokeh and consistent image quality. Designed for cinema workflows, it features a full-metal housing, 0.8 MOD geared focus and iris rings, a long 330° focus throw, and minimal focus-breathing to support follow-focus systems effectively. With a roughly 29° field of view and ~0.85 m close-focus distance, it balances cinematic flexibility with high build quality and optical character.
